Our next Community Pastor

The Community Pastor is part of the Senior Leadership Team, charged with the formation of people into deeper engagement with God and one another. This person will focus primary on the creation and implementation of a thriving Home Group ministry, as well as maintaining robust community and ecclesial partnerships that bless Pasadena, Los Angeles, and the world. 

FBC Pasadena is a quirky and wonder-filled congregation, guided by the conviction that God is active in our world, mending all that is broken through the life and work of Jesus Christ. This guides all we do. Worship is diverse, creative, and at times supremely difficult. We are suspicious of quick answers to complicated questions. Therefore we choose to invite people deeper into the mysteries of God. Our building is located at the edge of Old Town Pasadena, right across from City Hall. It is insanely gorgeous, so we are always looking for ways to share it with our neighbors.
