  1. The Friends In Deed food pantry item for this week is cereal. Thank you for the baking goods that came in last Sunday!

  2. Open Space with Pastor John Jay & Friends, continues this Sunday, March 1. This is an opportunity open to all to gather in the Chapel from 12:30-1:30pm with the Lead Pastor to explore questions, share ideas, and meet face-to-face to strengthen our sense of shared responsibility for one another. 

  3. 55+ folks, join us this Sunday, March 1 for a potluck in the Southside Room as we get reacquainted and begin to schedule out the year. We’ll meet immediately after service. Can’t wait to see you!

  4. Family Park Hangout happens this Sunday, March 1. Bring a packed lunch or something from your favorite Old Town spot and join other families from 12:15-1:30.

  5. The next Kids ministry volunteer trainings are coming up on Saturday, March 7 and Saturday, March 14. Please see Andrew or email him at andrew@fbcpasadena.com to sign up to attend. 

  6. It’s not too late to join one of the Sunday School classes! You can choose from What’s Love Got to Do with It, with Greta; or Enneagrams and Spiritual Gifts, led by Natalee and Jason Ellis. Classes meet at 9am Sunday mornings for the next 5 weeks.

  7. Public Theology/Love In Action meets next Sunday, March 8 after service. This group started off strong and has great momentum. Join in and see what we can accomplish together!

  8. Thanks for everyone’s interest in Community Dinners, a chance to share a meal with others at a church member’s home. We have rescheduled this event for Friday, April 24. To reserve your spot, please text “Dinner” to (626) 727-9498. Contact Pastor Chip if you have questions or would like to host.

  9. Finally, don’t forget that Daylight Saving Time is Sunday, March 8. Make sure to change those clocks!
