Beloved Families,
We are excited for our potluck tomorrow where we get to hang out and share a meal as a whole church family! In times when things feel so heavy around us, our communal practices of worshipping, being together, and breaking bread remain vital to our health as a community. I am incredibly thankful that you are the community where I can be replenished with God's hope, peace, and strength. I pray that you sense that encouragement tomorrow as we come together to worship a loving and powerful God.
KINDER PREVIEW DAY
As a reminder, our rising kindergarteners are invited to preview the elementary class tomorrow. Pastor Andrew will stop by the nursery on the way up to the elementary class and invite any kindergarteners who want to join the elementary class for the day. This is optional, and any kids who decide to join can be picked up in the upstairs classroom after worship ends. Pastor Andrew will make sure they get home with their parents!
YOUTH POOL DAYS
We are excited to announce two Youth Pool Hangouts on July 13 and 27! We'll head over to the Powell's house after church and wrap up at 3PM. Lunch will be provided, and youth can bring their swim suits and towels to church with them that morning. I'll send their address to the youth parents directly as we get closer. Thanks so much to Kara and Dave for their amazing hospitality!
SUNDAY
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Our nursery room is open this Sunday for babies and toddlers four years old and under. Childcare will be open starting at 10:20 AM. This week our nursery kids will explore all the amazing things God created.
ELEMENTARY
Last Sunday Pastor Andrew explored Joy as part of the summer series on the Fruit of the Spirit, complete with a tambourine! This week the kids will look at how to access the Peace of God by examining the way Jesus did that in challenging times.
