There many events happening around the area as we approach the one year anniversary of the Eaton Fires this week. We want to let you know the gatherings that we will be joining as a staff and church, and invite you all to join as you are able.
Wednesday, 1/7 - "Honoring Altadena Candlelight Vigil". Meets at Fair Oaks Burger, 6:30-8pm. 2560 Fair Oaks Ave, Altadena, CA 91001. We recommend carpooling if you can. Parking will be limited.
Sunday, 1/11 - "Lighthouses" Center for Restorative Justice, 3rd floor at FBCP, 2-4pm. Featuring images by Yemi Seyi, Director of Art + Narratives at the Center. This will be a special event, and if you have not interacted with the ministry from The Center, this is a great introduction to their work.
Sunday, 1/11 - FBCP Worship service remembering the anniversary of the Eaton fire. We have set aside this coming Sunday to honor all that we have been through as a church a year after the fires.
